Floland, the premium at-home salon hair care brand by Ottie International, 

introduced its Scalp Water Treatment, designed to care for both the scalp and hair.

Floland Scalp Water Treatment is a concentrated treatment with a lightweight water texture 

that transforms into a cream when applied to the hair. 

It helps deliver nourishment to the scalp and hair, supporting healthy-looking hair care.

The product contains STAR-DERMA, a patented ingredient with polyamine, as well as caffeine. 

It is also a functional product that helps relieve hair loss symptoms.

In a human application study, the root-volume angle measure increased by 18.65% after one use, and the shed-hair count after shampooing decreased by 66.10% after four weeks, compared with baseline.* * OATC Skin Clinical Trial Center; 20 adult women; OATC-24-S0677-1517, pp. 17–18. Hair angle was measured instrumentally and shed hairs were counted after shampooing. The mean count fell from 41.45 to 14.05 under the study protocol. This endpoint does not measure hair regrowth.
